\viewkind4\uc1\pard\lang1033\f0\fs20 No but I just recently noticed that when you send a diary field content through a web service, it sends the Time stamp as the integer field without performing the calculations required to convert it into time, and you use the carriage returns there too..\par
\par
I know the work log entries in the new version ITSM 7.x does not use diary fields for storing work logs, but I thought I'd just let you guys know that the Timestamp contents of the diary fields do not get translated from AR data to the readable format.\par
\par
Has anyone used diary fields to query from a published web service? Have you guys worked around this issue?\par
\par
Sorry Ravi, I just added another question to your query so I wasn't of much help there..\par

Cheers\par

Hi: In my environment Remedy in sends worklog entries to another webservice on a different system. For some reason the webservice request originating from Remedy is missing the carriage return. When I view the worklog entry in Remedy's HPF: Work Info form, the entry does show carriage return. Anyone experienced this?\par

Thanks\par
