Yes, I agree, Axton, it is too bad.  And I foresee more and more
companies making the decision to dump Remedy as they realize the ROI
just isn't there anymore.

Remedy was (and still is) an *awesome* product for what it was
originally intended to do.  It's a shame it's gone the way it has.

Too bad.  I get nervous every time we perform an app upgrade; it's a
prime opportunity for the company to review and evaluate products to
replace Remedy due to the extremely poor upgrade path (the cost and
time of an app upgrade matches or exceeds the cost of a replacement).
