* If you have multiple instances, make sure the one configured in
the Data Exchange is running
* Check the eiemain.dbg file in the <install
folder>\<servername>-0\services\debug folder for any errors
* Double check the username and password in the config. if the AIE
can't log into ARS it will cause that error

The AIE service is definetely running and connection to the SQL Server
source verified
Any suggestion to the causes of the problem?
