Just like Frank said.

If your filter fired, you can go to your AR Email Messages for and see an
entry in there for your notification. It will probably be addressed to
your Support Group Name. The notification engine will not resolve the
Support Group name to an email address.

That being said, there should already be notifications OOB that handle this.

**

If I understand correctly, you are trying to send email to a group called
"Assigned Group". The email would go to all members of that group.

If that is the case then you have to use the Group ID for the group called
"Assigned Group". This would be the Group ID value from Groups form, not the
SPG ID from the Support Group form.

** Hi all,

I'm trying to send a message to the Assigned Group in Incident 7.1 when a
ticket is assigned to a group.

I set up this qualification:

(('DB.Status'!='TR.Status') OR ('DB.Assigned Group' != 'TR.Assigned Group')
and ('TR.Status'="Assigned") and ('Company'="MyCompany")

Active on: Submit, Modify

Notification mechanism: email
User: Assigned Group

Of course there is full of tickets who goes assigned for company
MyCompany... but I see no mail...

Any suggestion?

Thanks in advance, Gian

ps.: No, I don't want to user integrated mechanism... ;-)
