Hi there, Version 7.1.00 Patch 007 In Asset Management I added some records by using Manage CIs, after adding I related these records to different incidents. Now when I search any record and in show related field I select related incidents , system is showing all related incidents to that particular record. My requirement is I don't want to see Resolved or closed incidents. I want to see Work in Progress, Pending, and Assigned incidents related to that record. How can I resolve this issue?
