I would also add a checkbox etc on the console so that the user can
(de)select the feature.

That said, I can understand the desire to only see open Incidents. The menu
you're selecting from just fires workflow that changes the qualification for
the table showing the related records. You could add another entry to the
list and add active links that change the qualification so that it only
displays Incidents where 'Status' < "Resolved". I would copy the existing
active links and just modify them accordingly. You'll need to do some
logging to determine which workflow is firing.

The ITIL concept is all Incidents, Changes and Problems that have been
related are shown to see the full history. This is as the application was
designed and is not an issue.

Subject: Using Asset Management adding records

**
Hi there,
Version  7.1.00  Patch 007
In Asset Management I added some records by using Manage CIs, after adding I
related these records to different incidents. Now when I search any record
and in show related field I select related incidents , system is showing all
related incidents to that particular record.
My requirement is I don’t want to see Resolved or closed incidents. I want
to see Work in Progress, Pending, and Assigned incidents related to that
record.
How can I resolve this issue?

Thanks & Regards
