Just want to make sure we are all on the same page... Do you want the attachment to be dynamic based on what is stored in each record's attachment field (Briefing Download) or a static attachment?
>From the original description I assumed that you want the attachment to change based on the source record. Each record/email will have a different 'Briefing Download' attachment. Using the attachment functionality in the "AR System Email Templates" form will send the same attachment every time. For example we have an HTML template that is used to send people an email when they are approved for remote access. The HTML template configuration includes some static installation and configuration instructions.
