I'm trying to figure out how to create a report from a Problem ticket from one of the tasks. The challenge is I need to extract all the Work Info History entries created within this task. This is a table and I'm not sure if I can use the: Tools>Reporting function to do this. Has anyone out there done this? If so would you be willing to share? Thanks, larry b.
