another issue I found, the emphasis , italic , mono... highlights, don't
work under blocks.
but since we have [subs="quotes"], isn't it good to still have
emphasis/italic highlights under that condition?
I understand this might be a bit hard to implement in vim though...
currently one workaround I'm using is , to use the ifdef statements to
enable literal block and subs quotes, like this:
ifdef::basebackend-html[[subs="quotes"]]
ifdef::basebackend-html[....]
paragraph texts....
ifdef::basebackend-html[....]
this looks urly, but at least I have those text emphasis/italics back...
