Dear all, I have an QUESTION: Why Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangaluroo & Mumbai are more flourishing than any of the Mineral Rich State Capitals of India without having any source of Minerals (like Crude, Iron, Etc)???
It is not only the Raw material which makes a State richer. It is the Human Capital which can make it happen by proper utilisation. For which a stable Government with focused policy with determinant citizens to work for the growth of the state is the basic necessity. There is so many fractions coming up within Assam and all are behaving like Crabs which doesnot allow any one to rise. Which is really disappointing... Allowing people to do good things without fear under the constitutional framework and other Policies of Assam can make Assam a Most preferred destination for the whole world for its lots of hidden treasures.
