I think I'm slowly starting to clue in a little. Please correct me if I am
wrong. From what I read in your response, the assumptions being made are:
a) the user sending the original email to assphelp would be connected
directly to my org's mail server (internally for example), thereby not at
all being processed by ASSP.
b) all email from the mail server is sent through ASSP before getting to the
internet.

But according to the Wiki Configuration page, the flow I read is the
following:

Internet -> ASSP -> Mail server -> Clients
and
Clients -> ASSP -> Mail server -> Internet

which would imply that any email sent by the client would be first processed
by ASSP anyhow. In which case, even if the email was addressed to assphelp
@ mydomain.com, it would be caught by ASSP first, wouldn't it?

Thanks!

Eric
