Here are the results from the tool Henry used yesterday. For the record I
have standard 1M service even though I routinely get 3M down (see below).
"Max Download Pause" seems high but average is very good and jitter doesn't
look out of question. Voice quality seems very good - mind you the 7960 on
my desk helps a bit too.
