The PM would be driving the vendor who would have more of the hands on
delivery responsibility. Budget is not set but would be likely in excess
of $1million. Biggest challenge is coordinating our business
requirements (which are admittedly fuzzy) and staying on top of vendor.
The project is to implement a new data network, VoIP and Unified
Communications. The person need not be the architect of the solution,
but needs to have some domain expertise in order to be able to keep on
top of deliverables and ensure business needs are met.
