John, Line of Sight is more then 5k. An antenna at a height of 10 feet, is 7km, and if both ends are 10ft LOS is 14km. If you assume minimal height for an industrial unit is 23 ft, and say a 10 ft mast on the roof at each end, that should give you a possible 26km LOS without any adjustment for differing altitudes.
