Hi Darrick

I tried the 1625 VIA serial image and it gets further than the 1725 one.
It seems to verify and start the bootstrap of the Astlinux/Linux image.
However it then runs into USB initialisation and locks me out of the
console. I am unable therefore to change the files in the OS directory
(for example to try the 1703 image) as I have no command prompt. What I
see on the final screen (this is build 1625) is:

"Uncompressing Linux... Ok, booting the kernel.d00
usb usb2: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice"

It then goes through a sequence of assigning USB bus numbers 3,4 and 5
before outputting the line :

"USB Mass Storage support registered."

This is on the final line of the screen, there is no command prompt and
the cursor is flashing at the start of the second line. Note that the
machine is not totally locked up as the Num and Caps lock still toggle
the keyboard lights on.

Q1. Is there a way to get past this stage of the processing so that 1625
can complete boot up?
Q2. Is there a way to interrupt the boot up so that I can get control of
the console and change the Astlinux files - otherwise I will need to
reinstall Runnix.

Many thanks
Mart
