To be fair, unless you can hear the difference yourself they're not worth the money. The only way to test this is proper ABX type testing. If you're willing to spend that much money because some marketing guy or salesman tell you it must be better cos it costs more then fair enough but I'd rather spend my money on more CDs ;) hydrogenaudio.org is a very good resource for us anti-audiophiles ;) The only cable I've noticed make a difference was upgrading from a £7/m Tandy RCA cable to a £40/m Straightwire RCA analogue interconnect.
