That is one way of doing it. But as you said the draw back is that you
have a fixed SC volume.

So far a apreciate the synchronized playing and ability to control the
volume of all player from one location than I suffer from the radio
blasting out too loud evry now and then.

For me, my problem should be solved if I could increase the volume with
the pre-amp as well.

Can this be done with a Plugin? I noticed that there are several
volume-control plugins, but none matching my neeeds....
