Single pair of mosfets is not a problem the q is which mosfets my SiriuS ( Now GamuT ) amp i used to have deliverd 400 wpc in to 4 ohms speakers, with a mod to the safety circuit they worked in 2 ohm too. With a single pair of mosfets !
GamuT they still exist :) maybe they should go on the list if interesting amps, I forgot them but they have maintained bussines for decades now so I would recomend them.
