I agree that jitter is real. I'm not an engineer, but the folks that I
know that understand the technology behind digital jitter problems have
pointed out numerous times that there is literally no evidence that
human beings can detect the audio effect of jitter in any modern setup.
The level of jitter measured seems to be far, far below the threshold
that would (can?) show up in any sort of listening test.  And even with
my amateur knowledge, I see things on audiophile forums, websites, and
magazines that I know to be completely incorrect about the nature of
jitter, etc. (not referring to your discussion, just the usual jitter
bogeyman claptrap that enters into a lot of audio forum discussions).

p.s. I'm referring to the jitter discussion and not anything related to
the TACT and Panny.
