So if these things can be discussed at seminars why cannot they be
published where they may reach a wider audience? Or is it OK to cast
aspersions on somebody's reputation in speech but not in print?
If they are talked about at seminars this would seem to give the lie to
Wombat's assertion that the GFA cannot investigate accidents.

So which is it?
