This update is especially important for NEW MEMBERS. But everyone would benefit
from reading this. Janet has been doing some great work for us:
* Janet is updating the Style Guide to be clearer and make a distincition
between rules and guidelines.
* Janet is replacing the Editing Primer by a new (much better!) document
called Writing OOo Guides.
Though these documents are still in progress, they are "essentially done".
Normally I would wait until they are totally done before saying anything. But I
see we have several new people comming in, and I don't feel right pointing them
to outdated guidelines. Even if the old ones are not wrong, the new ones are
just
so much better.
Therefore, I have:
1) Updated the style guide with the latest "snapshot" from Janet:

2) Removed the old Editing Primer and replaced it by the lates "snapshot" of
Writing OOo Guides from Janet:

The old documents have been moved to the "Old Files" folder.
Incidentally, I also moved the "UI String Changes" files there, since we don't
need them anymore (now that OOo 2.0 beta is out). Thank you for your help Liz!
