[authors] translation of Getting started book to Dutch

Hi Jean and co.

Say I want to take on the ambitious job of translating the "Getting 
started  with OOo 2.0" to Dutch. Do I just start and send the partly 
translated version somewhere as I go? Or do you have a CVS server 
somewhere? Are people going to be able to find the translated book when 
it's  finished? There doesn't  seem to be a Dutch part to the web site. 
I've been lurking on this list for quite some time, but I haven't been 
actively reading it anymore lately, sorry if I ask questions which may 
have obvious answers.
I have a customer who wants to read the book in Dutch, which is a 
motivation for me to translate it and maybe have him proof read it. At 
the same time I would learn a lot of new stuff and I think I'll gain 
some great insights in the new OOo 2.0.
