You can start directly with your translation. We don't have a
CVS-server, we're using the Plone-Software for this. Actually, there
isn't a dutch section on our website - but if you're interested, we can
easily create a dutch folder, where you can store your translations.

If you tell us your username (note, that you have to register a second
time, even when you're a "OOo-member" - we're not using the same
infrastructure as the main project), I (ore someone else) can give you
the author-rights, then everything should work easily for you.
