sorry for misunderstanding your question and producing this 
unnecessary noise ... :(

That is a difficult point ... To the first part (where to get text) 
I cannot say that much ... Check the review list, after you have 
logged in, if there is something new or the final folder on the 
English side ... ;)
Concerning which texts should be translated first ... We (the 
Germanophon project) translate the documents, where an individual 
is intersted in. It is much easier to translate text, where you are 
interested in, instead of translating a text, which is out of your 
interest ... ;)
If you look at http://oooauthors.org/de/authors, you will see, that 
there are lots of documents not translated yet ... :(
