Michele, what is your purpose for this book template, which is in portrait
orientation using full-size pages? If it is intended for the printed books,
please note that the printed books in English are currently in 6x9-inch size
and I would like to keep them that way unless there is a huge vote for the
larger size.

I can, of course, easily change the page size of your template while
retaining all your good work on the paragraph styles.

Hello Jean,

I actually understood that we were going to run the on-screen version
in parallel to the more "traditional" version, this is why I put
together the template using single column and portrait.
If we want to go ahead with a single template, then there is no need
to progress the template I prepared beyond version 1.

I certainly wasn't thinking of having a "traditional" portait full-size template, but if someone wants one for some reason, I have no objection. It could be a useful half-way step for people revising v2.x chapters into v3.0, if they don't want to try to cope with changing the layout as well. Anything to encourage people to work on the content is a good thing, IMO. Heck, I'll accept contributions of content in almost any form, including email. :-)
