Hi Fabrice,

I tested it with generating an Away3D/Away-lite classes using
Prefab and tested both ways. Output did look the same as the the one I
am showing here.

Also, as I mentioned in earlier 2 messages, if you have seen the url,

http://happyt.wordpress.com/2009/01/11/away3d-normal-map-second-attempt/

In this Ian was having the same problem. He said he got away with
choosing "screen" mode in Max. I have asked him on his blog as well
and hope to receive his reply. I have tried all the normal map
generation options from Max/Prefab. Normal maps generated from Max are
not working at all. (all - world/screen/object/tangent)
The one generated from Prefab works as shown in the demo. However,
the rotations of light with the model does remains.

2. Also, it would be great if you could throw some light on why the
Dot3 material used in the Awaylite demo link I pasted in earlier
messages look like ghost wherever lit portion is being shown. The link
is here once again for your perusal:

3. In my case, for Away3D version 3.4 (which you expected to work
properly with normal maps) it is not working and showing output like
awaylite (again definitely I must be wrong doing something silly, not
to blame engine). But I want to highlight that it is not working in my
case.

4. I know you are already helping others lot and don't feel good
asking for more help. I am really getting desperate as everything else
is working as per expectations and just this lighting is failing.
Would you kindly be able to have a look at the models prepared? I can
send you both low poly and high poly versions. I can also send the AS
claass generated in case you wish, though you can definitely generate
it from Prefab at your end. Please guide me.

5. Yes, regarding those blue coloured nromal maps: Yes, I confirm that
they were tangent maps, my bad. I informed 3d modeler to generated
object space normal maps. They are not working either. Only ones from
Prefab work as said earlier.

@David Lenaert - If you have some time, any assistance is very very
much appreciated, really feeling desperate as everythign is stuck now.
