Hey Sushant,
The "ghost" fx is the result of your light settings....
try something like
light = new DirectionalLight3D({color:0xFFFFFF, ambient:0.25, diffuse:0.75,
specular:0.9});
also your code must hold quite expensive tasks in your demo cloths, even with
player 10.1 rc7 in Safari 5.0
I get 1 fps for 550 polys rendered... so either you have super expensive
stuffs running next to Away or
you use monstrous map sizes...
Normal maps generated from Max are not working at all. (all -
world/screen/object/tangent)
The one generated from Prefab works
amateurs :))
I confirm that they were tangent maps, my bad. I informed 3d modeler to
generated
object space normal maps. They are not working either. Only ones from
Prefab work as said earlier.
Thats strange, I mean, of course Im kiddin about max soft being amateuristic,
the app is in state of burning
perfect normalmaps in either tangent or objectspace taste. However, they might
add influence to calcs such as light
information. Make sure you do use only objectspace, with zero options.
also keep in mind that as underlined yesterday, the directional light do not
"lookat" your model as a spotlight would do.
read "positioning directional light in V 3.5"
