I am not, for sure, the most indicated person to do this, But I took a quick look and find the MouseEvnet3D extends Event.
So, you probably have to change away3d.events.MouseEvent3D and away3d.core.managers.Mouse3DManager to add the TOUCH stuff. Of course, this is only necessary if you want to access 3D infos. If you just want to rotate a model adding listeners to the stage, just switch the regular events. And again, it is just my guess. I dont have experience with away3D. I am a newbie.
