That´s how I read it:

foi Baptizada nesta Parochial de sua m..?.., e de seo pay, q~ diz amem e 
elle a reconhecia por sua filha o qual he Joam de Souza homem cazado desta 
mesma freguezia, ....

So, Sabina is daughter of Domingas de Paiva, single woman, and João de 
Sousa, married man.

Domingas de Paiva is daughter of Antonio de Sousa, deceased, and Antonia de 
Paiva.

All of them from the same freguesia.
