John, Thank you for searching. I have very little information on Velma. Have no idea of who her relatives are/were. I think Cotta was her maiden name. She was married & then divorced in 1928. Then she married Joe Hughes in 1933. They separated/divorced in 1937-1939? According to the 1930 & 1940 census there were several Cotta families in the area - I have no way to know which ones she may have been related to. Dave
