Sam and others, I received an email from McKiev that I have 2 days to upgrade to FTM 2017 for $39.95. I have texted them a few times in the past few months trying to get answers to some questions that I have. So here is my biggest question....Can I have them download the program without disturbing the program I currently have? I plan on backing up what I have on my old FTM program on a flash drive and uploading it to the new McKiev FTM 17 and what takes takes and what does not I will deal with as I have time. Will this work? I can't seem to get them to reply to anything and I do not have a phone number to call them. I do not know how to make a Gedcom so really don't want to go that route. I don't want to mess up what I already have....too many years of research.
