Kathy, They told me to back up the file and I went to my FTM and looked up backup as she told me and it gives you 4 options....Writable CD drive, Internet storage, Working Directory and Custom Directory??????? I have no idea.........I am backing it up on 2 flash drives and my WD Passport. I am too old for this.
