Gordon, I only know how to get historic U.S. currency conversions. You're going to have to search in Portuguese for something like: "taxa de câmbio econômica portugal" or " taxa de câmbio econômica histórica portugal" and translate those web sites. Maybe a native speaker has a better idea.
