Possibly, (and this is also possibly the last on it) but this AMAR is  
'elevated, aggrandized, dignified, ennobled (like the emir of  
Kuwait)', with nothing to do with 'said'. In Song 7:8(7) the poet  
aptly says about the enticing figure of his beloved: "Your stature is  
like that of the palm (TAMAR)."

TAMAR is a common Hebrew girl name, as well as תמירה TMIYRAH.

TAMAR is also related to SAMAR, and מסמר MA-SMER, 'nail, a metal  
chip, a little metal ZMORAH'.
