Guys, I would leave wikileaks alone for a good while. There are a lot of real forces working against each others on that field right now, it's playing with fire getting in the fray ourselves too, even if we just want to play an alternate reality game. You are talking national security issues, here, and I don't think we gamers should get involved indirectly through our game. I personally will not support that. It is an inspiring story, for us storytellers, for sure, but there are a lot of legal/ethical issues at play. Theses issues could easily derail the game in the long term. Perhaps from Europe you don't see the gravity and seriousness of the wikileaks events, but here in North America, the matter is more than serious, you don't want to go play around in a mine field, imo.
