My personal feeling here is that if there is something in the real world that is full of potentialities for the game, and that helps us relate the game to the real world, it should not be ignored. But it's not an problem for me to transform some parts into fiction if we feel that there is an ethical/legal issue. As long as we keep the impression of realism for the player, I agree with you on the addition of a fictitious layer to the real events in order to stay away from these issues. On the side, I'm very curious about the legal aspects of this, I will add it to the list of elements to be discussed with Olivier, the lawyer we're in contact with. I think that Xavier you have a different view from mine on this reality/fiction aspect, so it'll be interesting to have your opinion too here - it's a good discussion I think :)
