The program is called Quickpull, it works good, there's a free version and a 
version you pay for. Figured I'd state the name again in case anyone missed it

I, too, have had this happen with users traveling to different time
zones in the US by air.  Battery pull usually works.

There is an app that simulates a battery pull and can be set to
automatically run every night.  It tends to clear out memory as well.
Forgot my handheld at home today, so I don't remember the exact name.
