Lower case indicates no BES connectivity. I have a couple of users whose devices will stop communicating with the BES from time to time and a battery pull will fix it. But before I try that, I try a "reconcile now" and I try regenerating the encryption key. Neither of them work, but when I reset the device, all the emails come through. Anything I could check as to why they just stop communicating with the server? Thanks in advance.
