I think you had mixed up base installation and jqt installation. The base
installaton (the page that you are revising) only installs jconsole and jhs
as default. jqt is optional and should not be a part of base install. Like
what Pascal had suggested, if you want your students to get jqt installed
out of box, you should direct them to install the AIO window installer
which is fool proof. You may suggest which addons should be added to AIO if
they are still missing for you teaching purpose.

If they want upgrading jqt or qt binaries, they can just download an
updated AIO installer and install again.
