In the install package section, you had assumed jqt is always installed,
but this is not true, consequently the gui debug packages that depends on
jqt will not work.

The intent of the base install to provide a minimal working J system, but
the size of Qt binaries is about 1 to 2 order of magnitudes bigger than the
base J system so that I think it is better to make it clear that jqt is
optional.

It is simpler to tell new users to install all packages rather than asking
them to select a set of packages to install.

Actually iOS is also supported, but both iOS and android are quite
different from the desktop versions. I think it is better to just provide a
link to their own pages.

ijconsole is only relevant for linux deb package installers,  I think most
users do not need to know.
