I think you can ignore the APIC warning, I don't think they cause any
problems.

If you like to see what it's doing, you can temporary enable "debug"
level logging on "plugin.customscan" in SBS Settings/Advanced/Logging.
Then look at the server.log file and set the logging level back to
"warning" to avoid gigantic log files. If the user interface is
somewhat usable, it's probably in the process of scanning using the
Custom Tag module. When it reaches the Mixed Tag module I think the
user interface currently gets more or less completely hanged, but
hopefully the Mixed Tag scanning module shouldn't take too long.
I'll see if I can add some some progress information so it's possible
to see what it's doing without enable debug logging.
