I did run ANALYZE with sqlite3 in Ubuntu server. No improvement.
The files already contained tables sqlite_stat1, which are added by
ANALYZE. So I think the ANALYZE was already executed on both files.

I use both web interface and Squeezeplay for testing. The web interface
is slightly slower (15 seconds vs 12 seconds for the 'Beethoven>piano'
test case).
BTW the execution of the query causes a CPU load of 100% on my little
test server, so hardware differences play a role.
