If you talk about ratings: +1 If you mean the full functionality: -99,999 One reason LMS 7.8 works fine right now is that on slow systems it doesn't have as bad a performance as 7.5.x and the power of some NAS recently got better. However, I know from user comments that there is still a significant part of the Squeezebox userbase for whom LMS is barely usable WRT performance. Anything adding significant resource requirements will make this a very bad release and TrackStat is an absolute resource hog, at least on my setups. It needs both computing power and especially memory and by this slows down the whole system. So I would be for anything that keeps the performance but strongly against cluttering the main system. This is also a general remark for all the "add stuff to the core server" requests. I generally think this is a bad idea. I believe the server should be more modular, not less.
