But 12% is still 12% no matter how big the pie. The capital markets
care about rates of return, thus, this should be a wash.

And, oh, this is plenty on topic because some key bike routes have
been targeted for the line. Basically every community (bike or
whoever) should be outraged by this.....And then they should
question their own consumption habits & do something about it.
