Yes, a whole network of community groups that has sprung up in opposition to 
the project is pushing just that. But ATC is in the business of constructing 
power lines, and "when you're a hammer, everything looks like a nail."

Mike (and anyone else interested), read today's "Citizen" article in _Isthmus_ 
for a 10,000-foot view of what's wrong with the "study" that "proves" the need 
for this line. It's written by a retired insider.
