Ah yes, we remember it well.... And it was touted as such a "victory" for the 
environment. NO, it was another example of the utilities trying to pit us as 
citizens 
against one another. Same (attempted) "divide and conquer" tactic as pitting, 
say, 
Arboretum supporters against state trail supporters, expecting each to say, of 
the other, 
"put it over there, not here". Of course, what foils this is a unified voice in 
opposition.
