Of course I did click on your link after you have alerted us to it.  It
would seem privacy invasion, extortion from motorists, and a general
Orwelian society is your bag.  Possibly you also back the "Patriot's
Act?"

Such moves as shortened yellow lights don't really bother me
personally.  When I do drive to a city and --"high speed" controlled
streets > thirty MPH,  I simply drive slower than thirty anywhere near
the controlled intersections.  I am oblivious to traffic backups or
general obscenities thrown at me by other motorists.  Actually, I have
not even driven my cars for two years--which you or listers probably
cannot say.
