I'm sure it was unpleasant or worse for those who have been nicked on
that sidewalk.
I live in sight of the sidewalk and usually look in that direction one
or more hours a day. I don't recall when the last time I saw a cyclist
riding on it.
Note: For those concerned about speed, the street is faster. Both S
Ingersoll and Rutledge have been paved recently; the sidewalk, on the
other hand is pretty bumpy.
