It is. When I wrote the first version of the docs, I believe this was
correct, but in subsequent revisions that portion of the docs has been
completely rewritten. As I am no longer on staff at themes.org, I cannot
fix it. In 60.0 thats not even the correct syntax, it is
session.screen0.toolbar.onTop. For those who want to configure this, do
yourselves a favor and do it via the toolbar menu rather than by editing
.blackboxrc, you will probably save yourself a lot of hassle.
