Here's my 2 cents:
There's obviously this issue of how to deal with the toolbar. Some
people want to remove it, some want a seperate app, some want to keep it
integrated. I am highly against using compile time options on such
integral parts of the window manager. As a theme author, I think it's
important that there's is some sort of consistency between the desktops
of users. I used to use IceWM for a while, and one of the problems I
came across was that with the multitude of options that IceWM offers, it
also means that there is no set standard. Thus, many themes for IceWM
just wouldn't work on other people's setups. I don't want to see
Blackbox go this way. Options are fine - to a point.
